Linda is a passionate and experienced nutrition coach who is dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. She obtained her bachelor's degree at Bethel University and her Certified Nutritional Coaching through NASM.  With a background in nutrition and fitness, she understands the complex interactions between food, lifestyle, and health, and she is committed to supporting clients in making sustainable changes that lead to long-term health and wellness.
